7:50 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for Lincare International for a Special Permit which is required in Business District C under Norwell Zoning Bylaws, Section 2340 and 2341c) e) who is leasing Unit 103 at 104 Longwater Drive.  The nature of its business concerns the sale and rental of wheel chairs, hospital beds, and respiratory equipment.  The property is shown on Assessors Map 17B Block 18 Lot 41.

8:00 P.M.  - Continued PUBLIC HEARING for Denise Borden, Jeff & Lori Lind to rescind the Special Permit for an in-law apartment (Section 1400 & 2316d) granted by the Norwell Zoning Board of Appeals on 9/19/2002, by decision stamped by Town Clerk.  The property is located at 841 Main Street and shown on Assessors Map 15D as Block 51 Lot 20.

8:20 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for Longwater Realty Trust for a Special Permit which is required in Business District C under Norwell Zoning Bylaws, Sections 2340 & 2341 a) e) and 1) to lease 25,600 sq. ft. of space to Signet Electronics Systems, Inc. at 136 Longwater Drive shown on Assessors Map 17B Block 18 Lot 28.

8:40 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for Keith McEachern for a variance under Section 1322 and 2441 to add a farmers porch to existing house at 15 Washington Park Drive shown on Assessors Map 12C, Block 32, Lot 93.  The porch would be 19 feet from the front yard setback where 35 feet is required in Residence District B.

9:00 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING for Michael and Lisa Murphy for a variance under Sections 1322, 2441 (Front Yard) and 2442 (Side Yard) setbacks of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to add an addition consisting of a kitchen and family room to existing house which sits on a non-conforming lot located at 31 Gerard Road in Residential District B and shown on Assessors Map as 6C, Block 21 Lot 30.
