7:35 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for Liddell Development, LLC. for a Special Permit under Sections 2341b)c)e of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws for a proposed change in use to allow for office, warehouse and light manufacturing at 61 Accord Park Drive and shown on Assessor's Map 11B, Block 17, Lots 73 & 74 Registry of Deeds Book 11169, Page 217.

7:40 P.M. - Public Hearing for Patricia A. Callahan for a Special Permit under (Sections 1420, 1640, 1642, 2421) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to add a 2-story addition (20 x 28”) on a lot that is less than one acre.  Lot is 0.40 acres.  Property is located at 50 Grove Street and shown on Assessor-s Map 5D, Block 21, Lot 195 Registry of Deeds Book 13033 Page 192 in Residential District B.

7:50 P.M.- Public Hearing for Irene & Charles Harkins for a Special Permit under (Sections 1420, 1640, 1642, 2421) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to add a three-seasons porch on a lot that is less than one acre.  Lot is 21,781 sq. ft. where 43,560 sq. ft. is required.  Property is located at 26 Millwood Circle and shown on Assessor's Map 11D Block 30 Lot 35 Registry of Deeds Book 9447 Page 062 in Residential District B.

8:00 P.M. - Continued Public Hearing for Greg Webb for a Site Plan Review (Section 1500) Special Permit pursuant to Sections 1420, 1642 (Change, Extension, or Alteration), 2421 (Lot Size), 3211 (District Boundary Buffers) and a Variance pursuant to Section 1322, 3222 (Sideline planting) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws.  The lot is located at 134-136 Washington Street in Business District B and part in Residential District B and shown on Assessor's Map 11B, Block 19, Lot 12, Registry of Deeds Book 8634, Page 201.  Lot is non-conforming containing 0.952 acres where one acre is required.  Two existing buildings will be removed in order to construct one multi-use building with 3 (2) bedroom units and office/retail space.  An existing 15 x 20 garage/office to remain.  The new building will have 720 sq. ft. more area then the two existing buildings.

8:30 P.M. -Continued Public Hearing for Omnipoint Holdings, Inc. and Sprint Spectrum LP d/b/a Sprint PCS for Site Plan approval (Section 4600-Personal Wireless Service Facilities and Section 4642), Special Permit (Section 4621b) and a Variance (Section 4623 a & e) 1 and 3) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to construct a multi-carrier 150 ft. wireless telecommunications facility which exceeds the district height requirements and does not comply with the building setback provisions to meet the setback requirements of three times the height of the facility.  Property is currently used as a saw mill with associated buildings located at 156 Forest Street, Assessor's Map 20B, Block 56, Lot 32, Registry of Deeds Book 5107 Page 495.  Parcel contains 12.82 + acres.
