7:30 P.M. – PUBLIC HEARING of Ronald Gordon, Trustee of AEP Realty Trust, to appeal the determination of the Building Inspector under Section 1323a) & c) who is requesting all prospective tenants of the “C” Business District appear before the Zoning Board for a Special Permit hearing required under Section 2341 of the Norwell Zoning Bylaw. Property locations in question are 77 Accord Park Drive and 200 Cordwainer Drive shown on Assessor’s Map 11B, C & D as Block 17 Lots 25 and 75.
7:45 P.M. – Continued PUBLIC HEARING for Norwell Washington, LLC. for a Comprehensive Permit under MGL Chapter 40 (b) Sections 20-23, to construct in phases, forty-four dwelling units in twelve buildings located on eleven acres of land to be built at 239 Washington Street. Property is shown on Assessor’s Map 12A and 12C, Block 24, Lots 4 and 5, Registry of Deeds Book 5609, Page 36.
