1. Request from Mt. Blue for their annual fundraiser on their premises to benefit the South Shore Habitat for Humanity to Serve All Alcohol and feature entertainment in the tent between the hours of 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
2. Town of Hingham proposal to exclude heavy commercial vehicles on Gardner Street, Hingham.
3. Sparrell School - how to proceed?
4. Audit – Selected firms to interview.

7. Request of a 2 Day Tag Sale from United Rug Auctioneers to be held at the Church Hill United Methodist Church, 11 Church Street on July 12 & 13, 2003 between the hours of 10AM and 5PM.
8. Request from Professional Bartending Service for a One Day License to Sell All Alcohol at an event to be held at the Cushing Center on June 7, 2003 between the hours of 5PM and 11PM.
9. Board of Selectmen priorities.
10. Vote to accept reauthorization of Intermunicipal Agreement.
11. Request from North River Theater for a One Day License to Sell All Alcohol on their premises for productions on June 7 and 28, 2003, between the hours of 7:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
Road Openings
1. Request from Bay State Gas for a Road Opening Permit to install gas service into 61 Bridge Street for Ken Kellaway. No road cut is needed. Dig Safe # 20031911842.
2. Request from Bay State Gas for a Road Opening Permit to install gas service into 10 Summer Street for James Reardon. A 2’ x 2’ + road cut is needed and to Hole Hog under roadway. Dig Safe # 20031911845.
