The parcel in the Town of Norwell is located off of Summer Street and shown on Assessor’s Map 3B, Block 10, Lots 7 (4.8 acres) and 10 (1.1 acres), Registry of Deeds Book 14091/137, 14091/13 and 14092/32. Access roadway will be in Norwell.
