7:30 P.M. – CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING for Patrick J. Gildea and Carol J. Gildea c/o Gene J. Guimond, Esq. who are appealing the Building Inspector’s denial of applicant’s request to confirm lot is entitled to a Building Permit (Sections 1323 a) and c) and if denial is upheld requesting a Variance under Section 1322 a), b) and c) from the lot frontage requirement (Section 2431) because of lot’s unique topography and shape under the Norwell Zoning Bylaws.  Property is located off Old Meetinghouse Lane and Stony Brook Lane and shown on Assessor’s Map 16D as Block 62, Lot 55, Registry of Deeds Book 3284 Page 343 in Residential District A.
*This hearing will be continued to February 14, 2007 at 7:45 P.M.  A sitting member will not be available on this date.
