7:25 P.M. – PUBLIC HEARING for William & Diana Schneider for a Special Permit and Section 6 finding under Sections 1400, 1420 Special Permit, 1640, 1642 Non-Conforming, 2433, and 2450 a) b) c) Lot Shape of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws to construct a 12’ x 24’  2-story addition for two additional bedrooms.  Lot is non-conforming because of the shape of the lot.  The property is located at 151 Pine Street and is shown on Assessor’s Map 24A, 24C, and 24D as Block 68 Lot 70 Registry of Deeds Book 30314 Page 286 in Residential District A.  House built in 1981.

7:30 P.M. – PUBLIC HEARING for White Barn Lane, LLC. c/o John J. Sullivan for a Comprehensive Permit (40B) for a proposed development consisting of 44 non age restricted condominium units (11 units affordable) ranging from 1,739 to 2,562 square feet on approximately 9.5 acres with frontage on Circuit Street and Forest Street comprised of three parcels which are shown on Assessor’s Map 20A & B, Block 56, Lots 47, 34 and 5 Registry of Deeds Book 12804, pg 261 (Lot 34) and Book 28875, pg 349 (Lot 5) in Residential District A in the Town of Norwell Zone II Aquifer Protection District.
** Due to lack of a quorum, this hearing will be opened (which is within the time frame of 30 days) and continued to 8/29/2007.  No evidence can be taken.
