7:00 P.M. – BUSINESS MEETING

7:30 P.M. – CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING for Vincent Grechen, Trustee of August Realty Trust, to amend the Site Plan (Sections 1500, 1520) and Special Permit (1400, 1420), Section 3200 Landscaping and Screening, 3210 District Boundary Buffers, 3220 Street and Sideline Planting, 3230 Materials and Maintenance per zoning decision filed with the Town Clerk on December 16, 1983 as to substitute the planting and dumpster screening plan.  The property is located at 306 Washington Street and shown on Assessor’s Map 12C, Block 31, Lot 58 Registry of Deeds Book 27350 Pg 32 in Business District B and Residential District B.

7:45 P.M. – CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING for Couto Management Group, LLC. c/o Mr. Salvi Couto for a Site Plan Review (Section 1500, 1520), Special Permit (Sections 1400, 1420) District Use Regulations (Section 2340 (f); Off Street Parking (Section 3110, 3120) amended to include a parking waiver of the Norwell Zoning Bylaws for the construction of a 1,320 SQ. FT. commercial building with drive-through service for use as a Dunkin Donuts within the existing Queen Anne Plaza located at 10 Washington Street and shown on Assessor’s Map 5D and 11B, Block 17, Lot 15, Book 13338, Page 48 in Business District B-4 and C-1.  The parcel of land has approximately 17.6 acres.  Portions of the property are located within the Aquifer Protection District, Wetland Protection District and Flood Hazard Zone C.


8:00 P.M. – CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING  for Nicholas V. Trifone, Manager of Damon Farm, LLC. for a Comprehensive Permit to construct a thirty-two (32) unit residential condominium development with a total of fifteen (15) structures proposed on the Norwell/Hingham line.  Eleven (11) buildings, containing twenty-four (24) residences with (6) affordable are planned in the Town of Norwell.  The land in Norwell consists of approximately 8.5 acres at the intersection of Routes 228 and 53 (known as Queen Anne s’ Corner) with frontage on Washington Street and shown on Assessor’s Map 5D, Block 12, Lots 1 and 2 in Business District B Registry of Deeds Book 19830 Page 63.
