The Norwell COA has "File of Life" packets available to you and your family. The "File of Life" allows you to list important information including, medical conditions, allergies, medications and dosage and emergency contacts. It is suggested that information be written in pencil and updated as information changes. Pay special attention to medication information and the reason it is needed.
The packet also includes a wallet-sized card and a sticker for your door. This file provides valuable information to emergency professionals if an emergency occurs.
