Moved:
That the Norwell Affordable Housing Partnership recommend to the Board of
Selectmen a Local Initiative Program (LIP) subject to the provisions of MGL c. 40B regarding the proposal of Donald Shute for a rental development on Tiffany Road on property owned by Donald Shute consisting of 10 buildings of 4 units each, said LIP to be incorporated into the Planned Production Plan (the Plan) presently being drafted. This LIP will be subject to the approval of the Plan and the Zoning Board of Appeals.
