The Department generates revenue through the sale of water and other user fees to finance ongoing maintenance, operating expenses and any system improvements that may be required or become necessary. All water accounts are billed on a quarterly schedule with Department personnel performing all related duties to process this billing from the reading of water meters to data entry for computer billing. The table is a summary of our current ascending water usage rate structure.
