All applications for water service shall be submitted with a plot plan depicting:
- All other utilities
- Subsurface septic systems and all components
- Street frontage of the lot or address

Applicant, by signing this application, agrees to conform to and abide by the “Rules and Procedures” outlined by the water service application.
Calls for same day inspections will result in $50.00 service charge
New domestic water service connection fee schedule:
3/4 inch to 1 inch service $ 2,000.00 Meter pit fee:
1 1/2 inch service 2,500.00 1 1/2 and 2 inch service pit $ 1,500.00
2 inch service 3,000.00
Over 2 inch service 5,000.00
(Includes 4, 6, 8 and 10 inch domestic service)
*Note: Water service lines greater than 400’ will require meter pit
Sprinkler service $ 3,000.00
