NOTICE FROM THE NORWELL WATER DEPARTMENT
The Norwell Water Department will be conducting seasonal water main flushing during the weeks of October 12th and October 19th, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm with the exception of Monday, October 12th. The areas to be flushed are noted below.
Water main flushing is critical for maintenance of the water distribution system, improving overall water quality, and assuring adequate fire flows for firefighting efforts.
Please refrain from using water during water main flushing hours, as the water may be discolored during those periods. The discoloration of the water will be temporary and is not harmful. Should you experience continued discoloration of the water after 3:00 pm, run a cold water faucet until the condition improves. If the condition persists, please call the Norwell Water Department at 781-659-8076.

Main Street from 460 Main Street to 1150 Main Street, Homestead Farm Drive, May Elm Lane, London Hill Lane, Bridge Street, Turners Way, Harbor Lane, Roubound Road, Arrowhead Drive, Old Meeting House Lane, Milton Lane, and Neal Gate Street.
Affected Streets Week of October 19th
River Street, Chittenden Lane, Blackthorne Lane, Riverside Drive, Shrine Road, Stetson Shrine Lane, Stetson Road, Masthead Drive, Till Rock Lane, Barque Hill Drive, Brigantine Circle, Barstow Avenue and Meadow Brook Road.
