	In addition to the application filing fee, each applicant is responsible for Notice of Public Hearing advertising costs and all Decision recording fees and related expenses. All Site Plan and Comprehensive Permit applications are subject to escrow requirements to cover the Town's cost of hiring technical consultants. The following schedule applies to all applications submitted to the Board of Appeals on or after July 24, 2002.
