Open to ages 16 - Adult. QI GONG (pronounced "Chee Gong"). Ancient form of gentle flow exercise used to quiet the mind, enhance the breath, and relax the body. Foster an internal awareness helping to optimize our health and reduce stress. Performed in fresh air venues (except 1st week) Min 4, max 12. 4 wks. Osborne Room at Town Office Building for first class and in case of rain for classes 2-4. Wear comfortable clothes.` Outdoor class venues will be determined by instructor/students.
