Grades 6-12 Mini session of fitness program for students getting ready for Fall sports. All abilities welcome. Outside fitness program for boys and girls. Designed to build strength and endurance for athletes. Timed intervals. BYO water, jump rope, running shoes & dress in layers -bug spray too. Rain or shine. Four morning sessions. Minimum 8, Maximum 20. Meet near Norwell High School tennis courts. Instructor: Betsy Callanan.
