1. How to obtain a Certified Death Certificate?
Death Certificates can be ordered by mail by sending a request to the Norwell Town Clerk's Office @ PO BOX 295, Norwell, Ma 02061. Send along a check in the amount of $8.00 for each certificate and a return self addresed stamped envelope and we will return your request. Requests can also be obtained at the Town Clerk's office as well during normal business hours.
